Time again, for Backstage Auctions’ Rock Gods and Metal Monsters Auction. The cool thing about this type of rock auction is that these are items that are from the personal collections of  well-known musicians. More specifically, well-known hard rock and heavy metal musicians:

With over 40 different consignors, the auction will showcase hundreds of rare collectibles featuring Anthrax, KISS, Motley Crue, Van Halen, Pantera, Megadeth, White Zombie, The Cult, Helmet, Cirith Ungol, Dream Theater, Korn, Overkill, Ozzy, Mudvayne, Aerosmith, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Dio, Def Leppard, Foo Fighters, Guns n’ Roses, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Metallica, Motorhead, Slayer, Van Halen….to name only “a few.”

As Backstage Auctions puts it: “Whether you’re in the market for a David Ellefson bass guitar (photo above), Big 4 Tour used Charlie Benante drum heads, a Steven Tyler 1970s era jacket, a notable Mick Mars guitar or Peter Criss’ original 1973 – 1974 Kiss tour used drum kit, we have a little bit of everything. Nightwish start world tour in NYC

Finnish symphonic metal band Nightwish started their world tour at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City on April 9th 2015, with Sabaton and Delain.
