The 5th annual Rock, Ribs, and Ridges festival was held at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta New Jersey on Sunday June 29th. The show was headlined by George Thorogood and the Destroyers, The Outlaws, The Artimus Pyle Band and The Pfeiffer Twins. The fairgrounds, which is larger facility then where the festival was held in previous years, is located in the northern most county of Sussex and provided plenty of room for fans/campers to enjoy the day of music and food There was a BBQ contest held for vendors and also had other tasty food stands, beer/refreshments and other stands throughout the fairground for all to enjoy.

This year’s festival brought a more wider musical appeal to the fairgrounds and Sunday show started with The Pfeiffer Twins whose two singers identical twin sisters Carrie and Lindsay Pfeiffer original from Blairstown New Jersey, who sang on The Voice in season 4, started the afternoon off with their band and performed their brand of Folk Pop Rock music to get the crowd going .

The Artimus Pyle Band played next and performed a hit set of Lynyrd Skynyrd music

The Oultaws who started in the late 1960′s are a Southern Rock / Country Rock band that came to the festival with original band members drummer Monte Yoho who started in 1969 and singer Henry Paul who started singing for the Outlaws in 1972 with current members incliuded Steve Grisham Chris Anderson, Dave Robbins and Randy Threet
